At Allevara, we want you to receive your FerriMax order as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders ship from our US-based warehouse. Estimated delivery times after processing:

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@allevara.com.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@allevara.com and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
