Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a subscription product from Allevara, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.
Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.
Frequency & Amount
You will be billed at the interval and amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Deadline to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

One-Time Orders
If you wish to cancel a one-time order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@allevara.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund under our 90-day guarantee once you receive it.
