1. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with FerriMax for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days of your original purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by emailing support@allevara.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 90 days of your purchase date.
  2. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our customer support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions (if applicable).
  4. Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Lab-Verified Guarantee

For customers who want to verify results with bloodwork:

  1. Get your ferritin level tested before starting FerriMax (Day 0).
  2. Take FerriMax consistently for at least 60 days.
  3. Retest your ferritin level (Day 60).
  4. If your ferritin has not increased by at least 20 points, email us your before and after lab results and we will refund every penny. You keep the remaining product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@allevara.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@allevara.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund under our 90-day guarantee once you receive it.
