At Allevara, your purchase is protected twice. We offer a 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund processed through our checkout system, plus a 365-Day Allevara Satisfaction Guarantee handled directly by our team. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
1. 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
Within 30 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund through our secure checkout — no questions asked, processed automatically. Changed your mind? No problem. This refund is handled by our payment processor (CopeCart) and requires no explanation.
2. 365-Day Allevara Satisfaction Guarantee
Give FerriMax a real try. Use the whole tub. If after up to 365 days you don't see the results you expected, contact us and we'll refund every penny — even if the tub is completely empty. This extended guarantee is handled directly by Allevara.
3. How to Request a Refund
Within 30 Days (Automatic Refund)
Request your refund directly through the checkout system (CopeCart). Your refund will be processed automatically — no questions asked.
After 30 Days (365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)
To initiate a refund under our extended guarantee, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by emailing support@allevara.com with the subject line "Refund Request" or call 1-800-734-7462.
- Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of your experience.
- Our customer support team will respond within 1-2 business days.
- Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Refund Conditions
- 30-Day Refund: Available within 30 days of purchase through our payment processor. No questions asked, no conditions.
- 365-Day Guarantee: Available from day 31 through day 365 of your purchase. Contact Allevara directly.
- Opened or Used Products: We accept refund requests even if the product has been opened and fully used. You do not need to return unused product to receive a refund.
- Unopened Products: Unopened, sealed products may be returned for a full refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Subscription Orders: If you are enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel at any time by contacting support@allevara.com before your next billing date.
- Multiple Orders: The 365-day guarantee applies to your first order. Refund eligibility for subsequent orders may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. What Is NOT Covered
- Refund requests submitted more than 365 days after the purchase date
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (Amazon, eBay, or other resellers)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions
- Shipping costs for returned items (unless the return is due to our error)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@allevara.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@allevara.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund under our 30-day or 365-day guarantee once you receive it.
8. Refund Processing
- 30-day refunds are processed automatically through our payment processor.
- 365-day guarantee refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
