Refund Policy
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee — At Allevara, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date
- Requests made after 90 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Product returns are not required and not accepted
Non-Eligible Refunds
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Refund requests submitted outside of the 90-day guarantee period
- Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 90-day window
- Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the 90-day period has passed
- Requests made outside the stated policy terms
Subscriptions
If your order includes a subscription, it is the customer's responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 90-day guarantee period. Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us by emailing support@allevara.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 90 days of your delivery date.
- Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@allevara.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
