At Allevara, we stand behind FerriMax with a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your results, we make the refund process straightforward and fair.
1. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with FerriMax for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days of your original purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by emailing support@allevara.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 90 days of your purchase date.
- Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our customer support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions (if applicable).
- Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Refund Conditions
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after 90 days will not be eligible for a refund.
- Opened or Used Products: We accept refund requests even if the product has been opened and partially or fully used. You do not need to return unused product to receive a refund.
- Unopened Products: Unopened, sealed products may be returned for a full refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Subscription Orders: If you are enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel at any time by contacting support@allevara.com before your next billing date. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 90-day policy from the date of each individual charge.
- Multiple Orders: The 90-day guarantee applies to your first order. Refund eligibility for subsequent orders may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Lab-Verified Guarantee
For customers who want to verify results with bloodwork:
- Get your ferritin level tested before starting FerriMax (Day 0).
- Take FerriMax consistently for at least 60 days.
- Retest your ferritin level (Day 60).
- If your ferritin has not increased by at least 20 points, email us your before and after lab results and we will refund every penny. You keep the remaining product.
5. What Is NOT Covered
- Refund requests submitted more than 90 days after the purchase date
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (Amazon, eBay, or other resellers)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions
- Shipping costs for returned items (unless the return is due to our error)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@allevara.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@allevara.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund under our 90-day guarantee once you receive it.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
